Schedule:
- Monday, Wednesday, Thursday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
- Tuesday and Friday: Optional.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of a Level II Dental Assisting Program (Certified).
- Current HARP, CPR, and WHMIS certification (or provided upon hire).
- Minimum 2 years of chairside dental assisting experience.
- Endodontic or specialty experience preferred.
- Professional reference from a supervising dentist required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable using dental software for charting, documentation, and note transcription.
- Positive attitude and commitment to exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Provide chairside assistance during endodontic procedures.
- Prepare instruments and materials.
- Take radiographs and sterilize equipment.
- Transcribe clinical notes and prepare post-operative correspondence.
- Maintain infection control standards.
- Manage inventory and ordering.
- Keep clinical areas organized and clean.
- Assist with front desk and administrative duties as needed.
